"This person was my dr for years. She's cold & rude but I didn't care about her bedside manner. I wanted a dr who knew the body. I thought I had it. I just never had any health issues for her to diagnose. The one time I did, I was 3 days post op from a major surgery & having horrible chest pain along with breathing issues. Went to see her & she sent me home. Said we'll wait to see if it clears up on its own. I was in tremendous pain. I called my sister, who happens to be an RN. She told me to get to the hospital immediately as she thought I had a pulmonary embolism. I went to the hospital & turns out I had pulmonary embolisms in BOTH lungs! No dr!! This is NOT clearing up on its own!! A nurse could clearly see what was happening but this dr couldn't?? I would NEVER recommend this dr to anyone! I'm only giving her one star because Google is forcing me in order to post! I sent my experience to the Ohio Medical Board! More people should be doing this. I have great respect for Dr's but not this one!"

"Please know I don't say this lightly... I would also leave negative stars if I could. I went to her when I was new to area just to get my prescriptions filled. It was an awful encounter as she was rude, did not listen, and talked down to me. I shook it off as I didn't have any major needs and got my 2 meds refilled. Then I was sick and did a virtual visit. She again was horrible. Didn't listen, doesn't seem to care, decided to double my anxiety med dose (not what I was wanting or asking for) which is a super irresponsible thing to suggest on a whim (I didn't follow that as it was unnecessary). Also that app cost money since it wasn't covered in insurance as "preventative." So hundreds wasted on an appointment I got nothing from. I have avoided going to a PCP since her as I am afraid of going through same problem with next doctor."

"I would give zero stars if possible. She does not listen to her patients and shows absolutely no interest in them. She got frustrated with me at one point because I wanted to talk about COVID concerns that I have since I have tested positive. I was told when I tested positive that it is important to seek medical attention if you experience specific symptoms since COVID can be dangerous. She was extremely dismissive of these concerns and refused to listen to me as I described the symptoms I am experiencing. She told me we did not have to continue the questions for my physical since I seemed like I didn't want to be there. She then said she would just skip through parts of the exam. So, I left without having my issues addressed and having had an exam done in a rushed and unprofessional manner. Hopefully she listened to my lungs properly, given that I tested positive for COVID, and she rushed me out of the office. I cannot discourage you more. Look for literally any other doctor."

"I had her as a doctor years ago when I was a college student. She made me feel awful during my one and only Pap smear with her. She made it seem like a chore beneath her and was so rude. She also made inappropriate comments about my grooming habits during the Pap smear! 1. It’s not any of your business and 2. It’s entirely inappropriate of a doctor to say such things when it’s my choice to groom how I like and it’s not hurting anyone else. And finally, she bullied me into a flu shot when I was a perfectly healthy college kid and barely had any money. Stay away from this ‘doctor’ at all costs."

"This lady is terrible, I wouldn't even know where to start. She is rude, very unprofessional and doesn't listen. It's pretty obvious she doesn't care about her patients. I do not feel comfortable with her being my doctor. She makes me feel extremely uncomfortable every visit. --- Update 5/4/19: I stupidly ended up delaying switching doctors. (thankfully JUST switched this week, got a new appointment with a new doctor Monday). Some things that have happened since this review. 1. I struggle with depression and lack of motivation, being always tired. After my psychologist prescribed me medicine I was still feeling very unmotivated and tired. I was told by my psychologist to have my PCP to check my vitamin levels because apparently those aren't included in the yearly lab work. She acted like she didn't want to and said my psychologist needs to send a referral and such, wat? Either way after arguing with her she did end up testing my Vitamin levels. And of course, I have severe vitamin D deficiency. Only good thing she did was. prescribe me decent medicine for that and thyroid issues. 2. I'm trying to get weight loss surgery, my insurance is not in network with anyone within a 100 mile radius so I needed her to submit a prior authorization so I can get this process started. She said she doesn't do prior authorizations. LOL what???? She just simply doesn't do them. Alright. 3. Surgeons assistant said that's fine, just wait until I get my insurance switched in August, I can go ahead and start the pre 6 month diet just have my doctor fill out the forum one time a month tracking my weight. Doctor Ngu literally refused to do this and said it's not her responsibility. 4. I started a new medication called Vyvanse through my psychologist. My psychologist wanted me to have my PCP do a EKG to see how my heart is doing while taking this medication. Dr. Ngu refused to do one since there was no papers. Pretty much this doctor is useless. I don't trust her, she clearly does not care about her patients and has no intentions on helping them. Sincerely a 5 year patient."
