"Left disappointed for the price. After completing the project, the supervisor did his inspection and was satisfied with the craftsmanship. After his inspection, we had to walk him through several issues (pictured). He stated that they had issues because this was the first time they had ever worked with this style of Trex railing. We were surprised that a crew with this many good reviews thought that this was satisfactory and was ok installing in this manner. To their credit, most issues we brought up were remedied, but the team still left scratches and metal shavings all over the deck (also pictured). At a certain point, you cut your losses and finish any touch up yourself."
