"Great experience. Kim in Blue Ash made us feel at ease with the daunting task of replacing flooring throughout our entire first floor. They clearly and honestly answered our questions, and made selecting a floor effortless, when the box stores and national retailers gave us the run around or tried to upsell us. During the install Jeff and crew worked fast and clean, also answering questions and quickly addressing concerns along the way. Their experience was invaluable and the work shows. The Customer Service department was also great. We had our own issues affecting the timeline of the project, and they made it easy to remain flexible. The whole team was able to work within our budget and time constraints to make it all so easy. I definitely recommend stopping by and wish we would have started here first. Can’t thank everyone enough!"
