"Dr. Puterbaugh should not be trusted. I had a yearly exam and during this time she neglected to diagnose subacute thyroiditis. She asked me if I knew how to use allergy medication, specifically Flonase, when I complained of a sore throat in a specific area. Two weeks later I landed back in her office for the same complaint with additional symptoms. This time she had a student observing our visit. Nicole only ever talks about herself and her children, she’s obviously overwhelmed and undereducated, she neglected to understand my health issue until I pinpointed where my throat hurt. At the point all hell broke loose and she then proceeded to order every test including an ultrasound on my thyroid. I was even told to contact an ent in case I needed my thyroid removed ( this was without any test results) Nicole had zero knowledge so she referred me to an endocrinologist “Dr. Lee” who I would “love”. Jokes on jokes. Lol She was awful too. Surprise. Surprise. This practice is a joke. Dr. Nicole Puterbaugh is a joke. Don’t waste your money or your precious time."
"Nicole Puterbaugh knowingly and intentionally sent my insurance company a bill which was coded incorrectly. As a result, I was sent an unjustified bill. We made numerous attempts to get it corrected. It is still being litigated. I honestly believe they are targeting seniors. Despicable and illegal!!!"

As someone who has been associated with health care for over 40 years in many settings, I can confidently recommend Dr. Puterbaugh as the kind of Primary Care Physician that everyone should have. He knows his patients, spends time explaining medical issues and makes sure that you understand what he is saying. He is friendly, thorough, empathetic, and knowledgeable. His office and nursing staff take their cue from Dr. Puterbaugh's personable patient approach. Rarely have I ever had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment."
