Been waiting on my glasses for over two weeks I called two days ago this is now 2 weeks after I left and they’re telling me they just got to the lab to be made. I shouldn’t have to wait over two weeks to get my glasses"

"The doctors and in-office staff are absolutely lovely, but if they make a billing error, it’s a very different experience. All billing is done through their central billing office, which is one of the most unhelpful call centers I’ve talked with. Really disappointed with the disconnect between the in-person experience and the call center. Was unable to resolve the issue."
