"Had an appointment yesterday and I have now lost complete faith in seeing a gastroenterologist. I had a colonoscopy a few years back done by Peter Dryer. I explained to Dr. Dryer I had PTSD that had been diagnosed, including anxiety and I needed to be on anxiety medication‘s for when I woke up he promised me made me completely sure and confident that that would happen. when I came out of surgery, I had a very large panic attack, and when Dr. Dryer was in the room while it was happening he completely ignored me and started revealing my results to at the time of my girlfriend’s mother who had no legal right to know any of the stuff I never signed anything I never gave consent. He broke HIPAA he put me in danger by not giving the proper medication and should also be investigated as well. I’ve had two appointments this year and both times instead of them bothering to listen to any of the problems, including passing out, a lot of internal bleeding and other extremely concerning things that as a 24-year-old I should not be experiencing they Immediately without acknowledging them (the most important things as stated above) go straight to blaming mental health. This is not a professional doctors office in the slightest if you truly truly care about your health and want to get better and not have drugs, pushed down your throat, bullshit self-help app or just you know the obvious and not wanting your HIPAA rights violated please find another doctors office. Dr. Dryer does not know the meaning of safe medicine if he did, I would’ve been properly taken care of during my surgery and not put in a compromising position if they actually cared about mental health that wouldn’t have happened to begin with. I finally feel comfortable enough to do this, I will be filing a complaint with the states medical board. Enjoy."
