"CEI is a BIG operation, but the staff makes it seem like your friendly local country doctor's office. LONG lines at check-in, but once through that, it runs like clockwork. Dr. Hater is VERY affable, and reeks of professionalism. Obviously knows his stuff, and was disarmingly honest and pragmatic. His explanation of the cataract surgery was concise and easy to understand."
