"I had a great experience with my RN, PT, OT and speech therapist through Stay Well Home Health! I have a lot of complex health conditions so finding care and treatment has been very difficult for me. I was in the process of getting a very complex/rare diagnosis and they were very supportive. Even in the “what do we do” moments, they didn’t give up on me and helped the best they could despite the circumstances. I really appreciate how much they involved me in my care planning and how much they advocated for me I learned a lot, still use what they taught me, and my physical and cognitive health has continued to improve.
