"I left a message to cancel my mother's appointment as she had contracted covid. Instead of canceling it, they called and offered a Zoom session. I was able to help my mom get on the computer and get everything taken care of. Thank you Alec and everyone else in the front office for your excellent customer service!"

"Dr. Feibel has made a life altering difference in my mental health. After years of trying all sorts of psychiatrists, therapists, medications, cognitive behavior techniques, etc...I finally feel like I have control of my mental health. I finally feel like I have control of my life again. She takes everything I say seriously, is compassionate to my struggles, provides great medical advice, and has helped me experience stable mental health for the first time in my adult life. I cannot thank her enough. I'd give more than 5-stars, if I could."

"I love these people. My mother and I both go here. I love Dr Gupta, Alex at the front desk, Carly with TMS, and Dr Borack for counseling. I love that everything is in one place. They always listen to you and make adjustments as needed. I loved the way Dr Gupta treated my mother, that's why I switched over. I am thankful I did."

"I started going here and was told to call the front office to schedule my next appointment, have called over 7 times and have only gotten a voicemail. I can call back within seconds and still get the voicemail instead of a real person answering the phone. I left a voicemail stating I was currently struggling and NEEDED to speak to my doctor, it has been a week since I received the same scripted voicemail response. A week since when my doctor told me she’d see me again, absolutely no one has reached out or made another call. Don’t go here."

"Do not go here. They are dangerous people and do not care about your well being or mental health. My provider left the practice, they said they sent me a letter, I did not receive this letter. When it was time to refill my medication I was told nothing could be done without seeing a new provider. Which would take 2 weeks for an appointment. Thats 2 weeks without medication, for a mental health patient. Marias suggestion was to call my pharmacy to see if I could get emergency pills. Emergency pills from a pharmacist, instead of an emergency prescription from a provider at their office who has access to my medical records. Maria just kept saying “well we sent you a letter.” They’re dangerous and incompetent."
