"This dr rejected me because I was 10 minutes late. I literally called and told them I would be 10 minutes late. They said it was fine and there was a 15 minute window. Apparently this was a mistake. Rather than honor what they told me on the phone, this dr chose to turn me away. I waited a month for this appointment and drove 30 minutes across town in heavy traffic to get there. For a dr to be so uptight, I get the impression that his ego is getting in the way of his abilities to offer compassionate care to people. Christ Hospital should consider whether or not he aligns with their values. 6/21: I called the number below and they were rude and acted as if I was calling the wrong department. Why did you give me that number?"

"Recently moved to the area and needed new PCP. Did some research on lots of doctors and decided on DR. Silvestri. I could not be happier. He was very patient, a great listener and didn’t dismiss any of the things I brought up, that lots of doctors think as trivial and will dismiss. The listening paid off, because he did a very thorough exam and found a lump that I’m now seeking treatment for. He noted everything I said and is also helping me create a plan address a few other issues that need attention. He is very relaxing to talk with and I feel he is genuine and caring.
