"Dr. Chang was the MD on call. I just received concerning test results, and symptoms (including shortness of breath) were getting worse. I called to find out if I needed immediate medical attention, and was shocked by the response. Dr. Chang was rude, and made me feel awful for calling on a Saturday afternoon. He said I should have never called, and that he was not going to answer that he's that could wait until Monday."
