"Making an appointment was easy and timely. The preliminary ‘paperwork’ - which I filled out on line - was absurd and invasive. Many questions had nothing to do with/and had no bearing on the care I was seeking. (My understanding is that this form was NOT developed by the staff/doctors in this practice.) However, the office staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Melody is very pleasant and professional. She explains what she is recommending doing and why. She is compassionate but straightforward. My procedure was handled very well. Dr. Melody takes the time to answer questions and recommends reasonable, affordable follow up care."

Dr. Melody came across as very knowledgeable and willing to patiently explain the particulars of my case. She is. extremely articulate and does not talk down to the patient. Her approach is very methodical, and comes across as a blend of a medical specialist and a scientist, which in my book is ideal. She was able to pinpoint the source of my problem and was able to form a plan on how to deal with it, both short-term and, if need be, mid to long term.
