Dr. Croom's impressive educational background includes an undergraduate degree from The Citadel and advanced medical training at The Medical University of S.C., where he earned a Masters in Anatomy and a Doctorate in Medicine. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, GA, followed by a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at The Medical College of Georgia. He is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
At our practice, we focus on the prevention and treatment of premature labor, managing autoimmune diseases in pregnancy, and addressing diseases of addiction during pregnancy. Dr. Croom is passionate about resident education and currently serves on the faculty at Wright State University. He is also the Medical Director at the Center for Women's Health and The Center for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Ultrasound, and Genetics at Miami Valley Hospital.
