"UPDATE: I had to come in for antibiotics over the weekend. The service I received was a complete 180 from the last time. They were kind, polite, and took care of my needs in a timely manner. Well done hiring better staff! If you could give 0 stars, I would.. Do not go here if you need actual medical care!! I only came here because my regular doctor was booked full, and you can bet I won’t be back, ever."

"The nurse and assistant are fantastic! I have gone there several times since getting help on Fridays thru Mondays with my doctor is impossible..this last time I had gotten badly clawed by my cat trying to stop him fighting with another cat..my hand was badly swollen and really hurt..it was easy to schedule and nurse was on time and she knew a lot about how to treat it. 2 days later and my hand is much better. .only other options were urgent care or emergency room..both expensive...thank you for the prompt and knowledgeable service!"

"If I could give this place 0 I would. (: This is the only review I’ve ever written so it definitely is worth your while. I came in for a routine physical for a new job to work in a school district. I was told this would be the easiest place to go and get it done, but they were wrong. When I first get there, the lady at the front desk was acting like she’s never used a computer in her life. Very standoffish as well. They refuse to use my insurance which is whatever, so I was charged 60 dollars for a physical. When I was FINALLY done with the front desk lady, the nurse comes out and is even worse. Giving me a lot of attitude that I don’t have the correct paperwork (I did) and making me feel bad and confused. And when I say a lot of attitude, I mean a lot. I didn’t know it was this difficult. So I have to go back to the front desk and ask for a refund. She says she can’t figure out how to do it and after several minutes she miraculously “refunds” me. I ask for a receipt to confirm I was refunded and she says “Oh, it’s gone now so I can’t. Check in a few days” and it never was there!! Of course. It has been such a pain, two weeks later, trying to speak with these people and even the main call number for Kroger. Don’t even think about going here. They are obviously very miserable and confused working in their local Kroger. Don’t come here unless you want to get treated poorly and have money taken from you without the service."

"I was informed after waiting 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time that because I didn't have my physical insurance card on me "for them to scan" that they wouldn't be able to help me. This is absurd. I've used my digital card multiple times and other places but that apparently doesn't work here. I wouldn't have been nearly as upset as I am if it weren't for the fact that I wasn't told this until after I'd waited a half hour past my appointment time and the fact that the receptionist lady(and I'm using that term very, very politely) simply threw her hands up and told me that they couldn't help me. Fantastic customer service and I can assure you I will not be visiting this location again."
