"I don’t leave many bad reviews, but this clearly needs to be stated. If you schedule an appt with a patient those times need to be met. We have schedules to maintain as well as your business, I understand mistakes happen. But a simple phone call an hour before my appt to relay your issues that are back logging your patients and causing delays should happen before we drive all the way out here and walkins are going back before us when we had a scheduled appt. You can’t complain about people missing appts, or no call no shows.”Not us by the way”then allow your patients who scheduled appts to sit and wait for over an hour. Everyone’s busy. Take the time to train the team handling coordination to make appropriate adjustments when your vets and techs are backed up. Will be going to a vet that understands the value of others schedules and can be on time. And if not make us aware well before our appt."
