"Phil is so knowledgeable and very through! He offers many solutions and long term planning! He works closely with the medical providers and the family to demonstrate the equipment and customize it to our needs. We have tried for servers years to get our daughter the equipment she needs and NuMotion has been the first to deliver and was immediately available when we needed adjustments a year later. By far the best I have experienced in over 20 years!"
"The tech Kevin was great! He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Numotion has been great and very responsive. I was fortunate ti be able to get a power seat lifter added that will be a huge help with cooking, doing dishes, grilling out and smoking meats, etc. And they keep my powered wheelchair like new!"

"It is very hard to get in contact with people at this company or move requests/orders through the system. Any corrections to the order/product delivered are rarely refilled to insurance, but when they are, they are not approved due to company ordering error. The company does not take responsibility for ordering incorrectly. We often have to personally pay for corrections because it is what our child needs. When fixes are needed, technicians are not given the tools or equipment they need to do the fix, requiring multiple appointments for the same problem. We have worked with this company for 4+ years and the issues are persistent."
