"Do not for one second believe their sales offers. As you can see by attached photo there are "massive discounts" (manager said he couldn't do any discounts, would be as MSRP) and that I have a "VIP" offer for my truck trade in at $38,650 ... Well they couldn't go higher than $30,000 - that is quite a difference. I was there during the event date, the event hours, not only trying to get one, but two vehicles, only one with the "VIP Sale" though. I've been coming to this dealership for years. I've bought several vehicles here. I've brought in friends and family because of my good experiences prior to this one. Sarah and Ryan, you guys are fantastic, but this one leaves too much of a bad experience I doubt I will ever come back and I will no longer recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Don't send me an offer and then not honor it. Background, my truck mechanically and cosmetically is in fantastic shape. There are toys and sand in it right now, we literally just got back from vacation. I've been a detailer though and I understand a few hours of cleaning and the truck would look brand new again. Before sending me the letter, they knew what my truck was, what options are on it, what I pay etc.. It literally came from this dealership. I also have just shy of an 800 on my credit score and I make good money. This isn't about the cost to me at the time, this is about sending me an offer then not honoring it when I show up. Note the offer also says "monthly payment at, near, or even below your current one". Yeah...no they quoted me one that is double. Total bait and switch in my opinion. Not happy with this experience."
