"This is a premature review. They have not done any work yet, but they have been very positive to deal with so far. The sales rep was Jason and he was extremely prompt doing the inspection, took photos and dealt with the insurance company to get the job approved. He was great at communicating with me each step of the way. The materials were delivered today and the work is being done tomorrow so will update the review once it is completed. UPDATE: The roof has been completed and everything was outstanding. Starting with Jason and Austin guiding me through the claim process and dealing with my insurance. They were on top of everything from start to finish. The communication between them, the adjuster and myself was great. I knew what was going on the whole time. The job was done on time and the installers and supply company were easy to work with and were willing to account for my schedule. The workmanship was outstanding and done in less than a day.
