"Mad City did a tub to walk in shower conversion for me. What a great experience. Max the salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, he walked me through all the available options in detail. Together we came up with a perfect plan based on my needs and available budget. On installment day, Collin and Anthony arrived promptly on time. They were complete professionals at all times, friendly, nice, and courteous. This was a two day project and they left everything all the way to the front door cleaner than when they started both days. They put dropcloths down to protect my hard wood and carpet flooring each day. They kept me informed on the progress of the project. The work they did was wonderful, the project outcome exceeded my expectations. Collin's attention to detail was phenominal. I had read some of these reviews before I contacted Mad City. "Our experience didn't start out well and after 2 attempts to get our shower right, the 3rd time was the charm! Collin came in and did an excellent job! The work is amazing and he was great to work with. He listened to all of the problems we had experienced and fixed every one of them! He stayed late to get it all done in 1 day because we were going out of town the next day. Our shower is exactly how it was originally promised. Thank you so much! We love it!"
