"I scheduled my appointment little under 2 months ago. I have an appointment today and got a call 1 hr before it saying we dont accept your insurance!! Someone who is diagnosed with extreme anxiety and out meds waiting to be seen just to be told the day of that you cant!"
"I scheduled an appointment last year waited 3 months for an appointment that was in march, wasn't sure of the date so I called for a reminder call, never received one, was told they did call me to remind me (have call logs). Tried to reschedule and I was told one no show disables you to ever reschedule or to be seen again and that a reminder call is a courtesy, I'm guessing it's possibly because I do not have insurance. I was referred to this office because of the great reviews and others I know who see this doctor say they are great but I was treated extremely rude twice now when I was polite. Every office should give reminder calls especially when an appointment is 3 months away, I have extreme issues and needed help and feel I was kicked to the curb, would not recommend."
"I've seen Dr. Pathrose for 13 years! I love her! She was also my sons doctor until he needed tubes at 1. Every visit she ask about both of my boys, my family, and even my new business. I've sent about 6 people to her. They all still see her and love her just as much as me! And the staff are all great. Its nice seeing the same faces every time."
