I was in the hospital for 5 days for an induction.. everyone in the maternity ward from aides to students to nurses to the doctors were all absolutely amazing.. we definitely went through it with a rough delivery but my baby girl is safe and healthy thanks to all of the wonderful people up there.."

"Nurses were great the first couple days but last two days they were unavailable and somewhat rude. The patient was sent home with pneumonia even after I questioned his symptoms but was told by the doctor that he was fine. The doctor never came in to check on his cough and breathing difficulties. The patient was 94 years old and at that age I feel a bad cough should be reason for concern.Was discharged and was diagnosed the next day with pneumonia. This should’ve been caught at the hospital"

"I am thankful for this Hospital. I was seen this Monday and all the staff gave me the best care. Check-in was great, the person assisting me made sure to listen to all my concerns about the reason I came in. The doctor had the best plan for me along with the amazing nurses who assisted me. I was admitted overnight and the nurses were very helpful and made sure I was okay. The person who walked me out after being discharged was very nice and told me she was born in this hospital and now gives back to her community by working there. I recommend this Hospital and know whoever comes in will be in the best hands of care. I pray this hospital never forgets the essence that makes this hospital great and trustworthy making it a safe place where people can come."

"I want to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful care I just received at Kettering Hospital in Hamilton. I was taken by ambulance to the emergency ward Tuesday evening, December 26, and from the moment I arrived, I felt I was in good hands. Everyone in the ER was so kind and caring. I had been unable to stand, weak, and dehydrated. Test that night disclosed I had pneumonia and heart issues. I'm 93, so that can be very serious. The ER physician came in and explained what was going on to my wife of 70 years, Billie Ann, and me. The hospital was full, with no beds, so I was finally moved the next day to room 436 where all the staff were kind and caring. My wife and I celebrated our 70th wedding anniversary on December 27 in my room, and the staff brought us flowers and congratulatory cards. My experience at KH Hamilton was one of great personal attention and professional efforts for my healing. I thank the Lord for the people who cleaned the room, the nurses, the charge nurse, the food service, the CT X-ray, the physicians, and the staff of a great hospital. Sincerely, James Maynard"

"My Nurses were top notch, everyone that I had. Each one was so kind and helpful even the ones that came to draw blood was so sweet and the cafeteria food planner was so nice, but my Nurses were Outstanding in every way. Thank You for having a Wonderful Staff."
