"I wish I could leave a good review but unfortunately that's not the case my mother has been bringing my brother who is fully disabled and is also non verbal to the wound center for years my mom is a hard person to deal with at times but my brother is innocent in the situation and the wound center on multiple occasions was rude to my mother this includes the doctor and nurses and again she has to bring my brother there and has to stay with him because he has no way to communicate I find this unprofessional on every level you take a oath to do no hard but on Friday you drop my brother has a patient because you don't want to deal with my mom your not harming or hurting anyone but my brother very unprofessional and the way the doctor talked to my mom fort Hamilton might just hear from our attorney very soon"

"THE DOCTOR RATES A 5! (NEW nurses not so much) They've cut my toe twice trying to remove my cast. Once one week, once again another week. The pain that I'm experiencing the most is from the cut on my toe and not the wound they were trying to heal. The nurses are great the doctor is great but there are some nurses that are not trained correctly and they have caused me pain and discomfort for the past 5 weeks. This is pain that I would not have had due to the inept nurses that tried to cut my cast off. The rookie nurses that cut my toes lied to the supervisors and said they cut their hand on my cast and not the cast cutter. They could not get the cast off and walked out of the room for help. I bear handedly removed my cast and did not cut myself. This was because the cast was not Sharp and could not have cut anyone. Liars. The pictures will show that my toe was cut twice. The second time they had to trim my toenail all the way down which was painful to heal my toe. Today it's been a month of suffering from an unhealed wound that was caused by the wound clinic nurses."
