"Dr. Willis didn't knock upon entering the exam room, she didn't sanitize or wash her hands before touching me, and she brought in a "sterile" instrument for me to use but the package was already open when she brought it to me and the back of the instrument had rust on it and you can see where a sticker was. She isn't fooling anyone, I know it wasn't sterile."
