Trisha Volmering, M.D.

Dr. Volmering is dedicated to providing exceptional eye care for conditions such as cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eye. She offers advanced procedures, including cataract surgery, femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, minimally-invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), and laser treatments for glaucoma. Additionally, she provides in-office cosmetic procedures like dermal filler and Botox injections.

Dr. Volmering's impressive academic journey began at Valparaiso University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science and was distinguished as a Christ College Scholar. A former NCAA Division 1 women’s soccer player, she continued her education at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Her Ophthalmology Residency was completed at SUNY Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.

Now thrilled to serve the Cincinnati community, Dr. Volmering resides in the area with her husband Derek and their dog, Lacey. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, practicing martial arts, cooking, hiking, and traveling.
