"Hard working crew"
"My underground sump pump drainage pipes had collapsed, and I needed the drainage system replaced. I also needed to tie in two gutter downspouts. I requested bids from numerous contractors. I received many auto generated replies from these companies, which told me they really didn't care that much about new customers. Chad from Southern Touch Excavating actually called me (imagine that...a personal call) and came out that same night to look at what I needed. He quickly assessed what was going on even before I was able to give him the whole terrible story. The fact he immediatley knew how my drain pipes were run and what needed to be done to fix the problem told me he knew exactly what he was doing. He was also able to provide me an estimate for the work on the spot, which turned out to be a real value compared to the estimates I received from two other big name companies. Both of those companies also tried to upsell me for more than what was needed. They also stated they couldn't 'start' the job for 2 months.....really? I went with Southen Touch. They were at my home within 5 days and finished the job in 1 day. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this company."

"I made contact with Chad regarding my 88 year old mother in law having a busted water pipe and no water source available on a holiday weekend. Without any hesitation, he drive right over, assessed the problem and was back a day later to make the repairs. A new line was put in, checked out perfectly and covered back up. We were so impressed with the quality of work and the compassion shown to my mother in law. Needless to say, we would highly recommend Chad and his crew! They were an absolute pleasure to work with!"
