"Had a tree fall on the house, I called my Insurer and they called Boone! Best call that could have been made under the situation. Their teams came out, removed the tree from the roof, patched the roof so we would not get more water in the house. They dried out the walls, ceiling, carpets, and insulation. Then they patched the walls etc, repainted the affected areas, shampooed the carpets. They repaired the roof trusses that were damaged, re roofed the entire house and they communicated with us every step of the way. Never an issue! Thank you!"

They came that next day & sealed up roof & had tree service removing the tree right away. All of our house repairs were done in a timely manner & in good order. No complaints on any of the repairs. "We had a fire 3 years ago. Everything looked great once they finished except for the fact they seem to use the cheapest products they can find obviously because that’s probably what the insurance company wants them to do. Fast forward 3 years. You can see all of the smoke spots in the bathroom where they supposedly cleaned and mitigated it. I don’t know if the electrician worked for them or if he was contracted out but the lights in the bathroom flickered when turned on. Anywhere they painted you can peel the paint away from the walls. I will say the one star is for the flooring. They did a great job with that. If they were just a flooring company I would’ve given them 5 stars"
