"I was a WestEnd customer for 5 years before it was sold to 3rivers. I closed my account today because I had fraudulent charges on my card. Started right when they took over . They won't give me my money back . They say that I should of noticed it quicker . How when my account got switched over and couldn't even see my account for a month ? Plus I have more than one account. Who notices $5 here and there? Not me until it starts to add up."
