"I’ve waited a year to make this review to see how the plants would do. Spent $11,000 on landscaping with this company. Their response has been horrid to say the least. There has been No follow up of their own accord without us calling. In addition to the landscaping work they planted 23 items. 3 of which they had to replace last fall. All dead again. Including an ornamental tree we had planted. They are good up front but have NO follow through or concern about the project wants it’s over unless you call and complain. Planted 10 evergreen trees. At least 3 are iffy if they will survive. Don’t waste your money with this company."

"We had an existing water feature that the previous homeowners had put in and it was giving us trouble with leaks that we couldn't take care of. After a long search of looking for landscaping companies that took care of small water features, we found FSR. When Ryan, sales consultant, came out to look over everything, we told him of our issues we were having, and of our vision of what we wanted to change to the water feature. We also expressed wanting a patio put in next to the pond. Within a few days we had our estimate and we were off and running. Any issues that arose were quickly taken care of. We also added a couple of things midstream, but there wasn't a problem, as they were willing to work with us on it. Philip and Josh were the main crew that were here everyday (when the weather would cooperate!) and they worked hard. They were prompt, courteous, and easy to talk with. Philip communicated well with us and always let us know what was going on and answered any questions we had. The end result was even better than we imagined and we are so happy with our little oasis in the backyard. Thanks FSR! We will certainly contact you again for any landscaping projects we need done.
