"I’ve been here or had friends here since 2017, what I can say is good is that it’s usually clean and the units are typically in good shape. Here’s the negative, you sign a year lease with this place for the settled price and then after a couple months they send u a letter that says they are raising your rent and they will continue to do this over time. And in the fine print of the lease I’ve went back and read it basically says with 30 day’s notice they can do what ever they want. So I don’t get the purpose of a lease if u are gonna jack up the price throughout the year. With that being said you expect your stuff to be safe inside locked gates which it is most of the time. But about 3 weeks ago the gate was broken and stuck open for over a week. Anyone could have came in and took whatever they wanted. So I find it pretty messed up to find the need to jack up my rent on a year lease I signed and my stuff wasn’t even safely kept like the lease states it will be."
