Kissel Brothers Shows

"Kissel Entertainment and TN Valley Fair NEED to coordinate more thoroughly in the future!! The TN Valley Fair website advertises promotions which the Kissell entertainment group WOULD NOT HONOR. Most important to us was the mother and child promotion, which provided 1 ride wristband to a mother after child ride wristband purchase. A promotion that Kissell called us liars over, and which TN Valley Fair discriminated against single fathers over as well. The promotion should be labeled "parent and", instead of "mother and" because single fathers are deserving of such discounts as well. The female Russian representative of KISSEL ENTERTAINMENT at the TN Valley Fair did a poor job of customer retention when we tried to discuss the discrepancy over ride wristband bands. We were called liars, and the conversation ended with essentially too bad and you have no recourse to resolve this matter. Which is a shameful business practice that will end the Kissel Ent future."

"Awful experience at the Alexandria fair in ky. First off, they started the ride without checking to make sure everyone was good to go, and my niece was stepping on the ride and they started the ride?! So my sister had to grab her up quickly and put her on a horse, which didn’t have straps to hold them on the horse for safety. Then the game prices were RIDICULOUS!? Murray bros, are much better!"
