"This is the worst experience I've ever had at Subway. We've never been fond of this location anyway because they don't honor most of the discounts on the app. The app doesn't work either. When I asked the female employee what deals were on the app, she said I don't know and then refused to respond to any further questions. She was not courteous, she did not once smile and she rang my order up before my sandwich was even started and made me pay. (The male employee making the sandwiches did just fine). Then the female employee proceeded to smash and hack my sandwich. It was a complete mess and unappetizing when I got home. There were also large stems of spinach and the caps to the banana that were inedible. We absolutely will not be returning to Subway."
