"BEWARE!! We tried to upgrade to an iPhone 15. After taking the phone home to transfer the data, it froze and will not transfer. They sent us to the corporate store in Ashland who said they couldn’t do anything because this store is and Authorized Retailer and not a corporate store. If we want our phone fixed they told us we had to pay a $55 restocking fee. The corporate store said anything you buy at this store they cannot exchange!!"
