"Horrible service. $700 for emergency service only to have a second 3rd party charge another $150 because Sears Tech never tightened down the new parts and when we tried to use it everything was mangled. Forced to buy new after all of that time and expense. Use a good hometown repair service NEVER Sears. You never really get to talk to a person for help, only foreigners in a different country just answering the phone."

"The service tech was fine. It did take 2 appointments of waiting literally all day. The first because he didn’t have the part. There was no place or person to tell what the problem was. If I had been able (bad washer door switch) to talk to a person, that would have been much more effective. They provide no access to anyone in North America to talk to. I will not be using this outfit again."

"Tech, Josh was great. Very efficient and skilled. Had our appointment cancelled on the day of service twice after already taken the days of work and waiting for service person to arrive. Unable to speak with a person about cancellation of appointments. Number is only automated with no option to speak to a person. Very happy with technician! Not happy with missing 4 days of work when 2 service appointments were cancelled. That’s 4 vacation days that could have been used to be with my family, not wanting for service that gets cancelled on the day of service."
