"This has happened to me two times now. I've missed a payment on Saturday and I made his payment today which is Tuesday through text and they decide to double charge my card meaning that paid for last Saturdays payment. Plus this coming Saturday's payment when the payments not due yet. It shouldn't be taken out even though I know that I was behind a payment but they had no right to authorize my card again. I cannot wait until all my stuff is paid off. That way I do not have to deal with that rent to own store again. Terrible service all around. I wouldn't even give this location a star but I have to in order to leave a review"
