"Made a reservation 2 days before and when I showed up they didn’t have my reservation available. Luckily there was a truck on location. The truck itself was battered and looked like it went through a war zone. They hit me with hidden fees and online the deposit said only $150 but when I arrived it was double. The prices online are not what you will get. Save yourself the time and money and just get A U-haul. This place really is the worst budget rental and I highly recommend using any other company"

"I would give this business location 0 stars if I could. Read all the reviews and see the theme. The people that work here are extremely rude, and ready to throw a punch at a moment's notice. This happened with me. I booked online and went to pickup my car, which was confirmed online. I reached there before pick up time. From the get go, the manager or owner of this location who was behind the desk was extremely rude. He didn't care and rudely said that the car is not available. When I asked about my confirmation, he immediately got agitated and aggressive. He didn't like being asked questions. I pointed out that he was being rude, and this pushed him off the edge, He started threatening me, talked in a very loud voice and made aggressive gestures. I felt if I didn't leave this office right away, that he would come hit me. I have rented from Budget for years, and have never ever had this experience from any other location or any other business. This Budget location is not worth your time, sanity and money, based on similar experience that others have had here as well."

"Showed up for my scheduled 9am pickup and the store was closed. Customer service was zero help and just instructed me to keep calling the store number. Drive 4 hours to help My son move. Now I’m sitting here im the parking lot hoping someone shows up. One of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever had with a company."

"Be concerned for your safety at the Sharonville Budget location. I have not rented from budge in years and now I remember why. During this trip, I interacted with three budget centers. One in Sharonville, Ohio, one in downtown Charleston South Carolina and one at the Charleston airport. I was treated with disrespect and rudeness and threatened by the owner of the Sharonville location. He said, why don't you come in here face to face and see what happens. He said that to a customer and I am a woman. The mini van I rented was in such poor condition that I white knuckled the steering wheel through the mountains. The change oil light was on when I left the budget store to drive to South Carolina. The tires had no tread. It was filthy. We had to pull over on the highway in the pouring rain because the windshield wipers did not work. Unable to drive in the rain, we had to spend the night in a hotel which made me late returning the vehicle and I was charged for a second day rental. I was told at all three locations, that there was nothing they could do to help me. I will spread the word about my horrifying experience and plead with people not to rent from budget."

"Rental scheduled for 8:30 but I showed up at 8. Even though the opening time was posted as 8, nobody was there until quarter after. When I returned the car, there was a note on the door that they were out for lunch and I had to wait 20 minutes. The rental prices went pretty smoothly and the car was nice."
