"I can’t imagine life without this place!! I’ve had multiple knee surgeries that have caused pretty bad arthritis. Contrast helps me stay active longer and recover faster on the days I am sore. "Contrast therapy is exactly what I’ve been missing in my adult life- 30 minutes of “me time”? Okay, twisted my arm. I come to Contrast Studio for physical benefits- sure. As a personal trainer and lover of movement, it has aided in my recovery time and I notice my joints loving me harder than they used to. I also come in to regain control and focus. I come in to regain my breath. I come to work on re-wiring my brain. It’s a 10/10 experience every time from the minute you walk in the door to an amazing staff and peaceful, clean environment to the minute you walk out the door with a post-plunge mental high. All the staff is incredible and I especially love how Emma A. makes me feel treasured- she is so patient and encouraging, an absolute rockstar!"

"As an athlete, Contrast has saved my body! I have never had a recovery method like this! My sore muscles and painful joints feel so good after a session and I get an amazing burst of energy! The employees are so welcoming and explained the science behind the process so I felt prepared for my first time. The rooms are always so clean and it’s great to have a private area for 30 minutes to relax and recover!"
"I have heard great things about Contrast Studios in Montgomery and wanted to try the new location in Hyde Park myself. The location is perfect for where I live. The studio is very clean and comforting. They even offer bottled water, coffee, etc. which was much needed. The saunas are spacious and clean, and the new cold tubs are so comfortable. Overall my expectations were exceeded and I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. The staff was super friendly as well. Definitely recommend, they offer different types of memberships and the first time is free for anyone!"
