"Hate this place. Lived there for a while but thankful to be gone. Ridiculous rules and fees, but probably ok for a senior citizen with no pets. Poor park maintenance... plowing snow in a way, blocking in the senior citizens."

Called about five times to try to pay my rent, and went up to the office several times and no one was able to help me. Dropped my papers in the dropbox. Hopefully it gets seen before 5pm."
"One of the nicest trailer parks I’ve seen! Great neighborhood, very quiet, peaceful and clean! Manager stays on top of it! Roads are plowed and cleaned. The neighborhood is made to look nice and clean, it is a nice mobile home park, if you can’t keep your home clean or follow directions don’t live here!"
