"Poor service. Called for battery jump. Representative stated my battery was bad and needed replaced. Took original battery back to dealer who stated was good and AAA states 8 out of 10 batteries need replaced regardless of condition. AAA will not give refund or take back battery. Get second opinion if they state battery bad. 10-15-23. Have been in contact with Member Relations who stated I told them to put battery in and they will not refund or take back. I advised under recommendation of their representative. Poor service."

"Absolute garbage. Dispatch repeated my location back to but sent it as a different place. Sat hours. At 2:30 in the morning on the highway. Strange people kept stopping. I was scared and I called her back got an attitude and canceled on. Never ever will they het my money again"
