"Overall the Kroger network is excellent. Except for the Kroger store on Brandt Pike in Huber Heights, Ohio. The associate closed the customer service area 10 minutes prior to closing. She was unprofessional and rude. The manager was not any better and didn't seem to care. This event took place 22 November 2023. So I wrote corporate because he was unprofessional and rude. The store wasn't packed so not sure what the issue was."

"I love shopping at Kroger. Good location. Kroger is state owned. Go Krogering. This location of Kroger had it all. I know that there are other store's too shop at, but Kroger either matches prices, or beats the competitors price, and you earn fuel points."
"This store is usually my go to... but only self check out lanes and a single cashier while supervisors can see the lines at noon from the deck. I was with my mother who is in a wheelchair and had to do selfcheck out but she cant help bag or scan because of the cart..no bagger and we had a full cart. This never happened before you installed those self check outs."
"Only one checkout lane open with a line 8 carts long. Have you tried paying more for cashier positions?? Or making less profit for your fat cat board and shareholders? What happened to the customer experience? EDIT: ended up waiting in line 20 minutes before even being able to check out."
