"Horrible person. Beware, this woman Empress owner CEO of One Loc One Love is extremely unpredictable narcissistic and bitter. She manipulated me into believing she was welcoming and of peace. Portraying an image of love, and healing. I was motivated to allow service because of that, and paid my deposit plus extra. Although thrown off at the fact it wasn't a actual salon but in her home. When I arrived she was clearly bothered by something and she clearly didn't want to give any eye contact. It was weird witnessing such a difference in her personality. Almost a contradiction to what had initially drawn me to do business with her. I used my bubbly spirit to pull her out of it even after she responded aggressively to standard questions that I had. She repeatedly apologized about her messy house and I tried to make her feel better about it because I did understand or I got the impression that she was a busy single mom. So my response was "You should see mine." We both giggled. I only wanted her to feel comfortable. Shortly after making her feel comfortable the moment quickly shifted into threats of discontinuing services if I didn't comply to her strict but impressive guidelines. I agreed but she obviously misunderstood and at that point she started threatening to report my childs stubborn edges to authorities. I was appalled, and confused, she spoke aggressively to me in front of my children, as she finished. As I explained that her views and opinions about what I can afford is outside her scope of practice she told me I need to leave her home. I stood up and demanded my money back for a head that she didn't do, which I forgot to mention I paid in full at that point. She gave me partial not the complete payment although she hadn't touched the head. I told her what she owed me more, and she gave me 5 dollars more, and said i should be grateful for that. Far to short from what she owes me. She gave the impression that she would curse me so I let her keep the fee with no service rendered. I got out of their as quickly as I could with my children as she yelled out to to me "That's why your daughter is dead!" Which I mentioned to her in an earlier moment, speaking on grief and healing. At that moment I realized she was controlled by an ugly spirit. She screamed out the front door with her body leaning forward towards me cursing me out as the kids and I got into the car. That's why your house is dirty, mind you we just met and she has never been to my house. I laughed as I thought about the roach hanging over the nasty bathroom sink. Never have I ever experienced abuse while paying for service. And then had the nerve to continue to threaten me via text. I never responded because I knew her spirit wasn't well, and casually speaks of cursing other's. Oh Beware of One Loc One Love, evil dwells their for sure!"
