"I went to this Kroger Deli today to grab 10 drumsticks for lunch. They didn't have any fried chicken prepared/cooked. She told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I waited the 30 minutes and returned to the counter. I was then told it would be 20 more minutes before my food was up. I waited the additional 20 minutes. AFTER WAITING 50 WHOLE MINUTES I finally got my food. My lunch break was over at that point so I waited until I got home to eat. Bit into the chicken and it has no flavor. The breading is really dark with a burnt appearance, like they hadn't changed the cooking oil for a long time. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the girl working there told me she'd sit my 10 drumsticks aside when they came up. Other than that it was a terrible customer experience. I won't be wasting my money or time at this Kroger Deli again."
