"Go here!! This is one of the most relaxing places I've ever been. I have gone twice and dozed off both times to the dim lighting, ocean sounds, and salty air. I usually bring a book but am too relaxed to engage my mind. To be honest, I haven't researched all the health benefits but a friend recommended I go because her mom had quickly reversed a sinus infection with a salt room session. The session makes my hair softer, apparently does wonders to the skin, and helps my breathing in the midst of sinus infections and allergy season. I bought one of their 3 session packs. They say it's less than an hour but they've always let me stay a full hour. The first time I went I was there with 3 or 4 women who were friends and chatted a bit. The second time I was alone and kind of felt bad there weren't more people. Treat yourself to the physical and emotional benefits of the beach when you can't make it to the ocean itself. Support this small business. They are kind and also have a little shop."

"This was a gift from my daughter. We had been to another salt therapy room and wanted to try this one. Parking was a cluster so we were 5 minutes late. The owner could not have been more rude. We drove 45 minutes to get there and she asked us to reschedule. We stayed and experience it but it was a room with tile looking floors and salt misting through a fan type hole in the wall and some salt lamps. Our previous experience with a salt room , the floor was finely ground hemilayan salt, walls were salt, and soothing white noise was so relaxing. Love the salt experience but will go back to the one in Centerville for a better experience."
"Karen is truly a great host! She is so accommodating. 5 of us went in to salt therapy with couple of sinus issues, asthma acting up & just wanting to relax with some great people. It is a magical experience. We were so relaxed we did not want the session to end. I would recommend a session to anyone. Completely spa like environment. And how can we not shop afterwards they sell such awesome products! Thank you karen for a wonderful & relaxing experience!"
