Finally topped of with soil and seeded grass. Much improved from original builder work outside basement."

He was very thorough about what it would take to do the job right. He answered every question I asked. And made it clear that he and his crew would do the job only one way..the correct way. He told me they had to rebuild the wall from the ground up. Any other way would not work well and the problem would occur again.
