"My husband and I rented 2 vans. We were going out of town with 14 people and needed 2 vans. We arrived at our designated pick up time as they said we were all good. We were then told they only have 1 van and a Durango. The Durango was too small yes it fits 7 people but there was no way we could fit comfortably and get our luggage in. They then had us wait an additional 1.5 hours in the office until they found one. They found another van from a different customer near by. We then had to wait for an oil change and for them to clean it. We were suppose to be on road by 2. We were not and that left us scurrying around to get other things done. My husband rents from this place almost every other month as we have a vacation home in TN. We were told that they would make it right. They did not. We were charged full price for both vehicles and few apologies were given for the time we lost. Very disappointed in the way this was handled."

"5/23/24 Enterprise in Harrison, Ohio is trying to cancel my husband's reservations on a 10 day car rental he reserved over a month ago because it's over Memorial day weekend and they can get more money from a last minute rental. I will update on the situation after we get some resolution. They literally called him today 5/24/24 and he is supposed to pick car up tomorrow 5/25/24 leaving no time to get a new rental unless he pays WAY more money. Enterprise needs to stand behind their pricing and reservation once it's confirmed in the system. Update: I did not mention above my husband was using his employers corporate code to rent, which brought the price down significantly. He was using the car for both business and leisure purposes. Enterprise told him he could only use the code if it was 100% business. After going back and forth several times, Enterprise said he could only rent at a much higher price and corporate code could not be used. As a result, my husband called his company's Enterprise cooporate account manager. She called the Harrison location on his behalf. Not only did she resolve the problem, they offered us a free upgrade and offered several apologies."

"First experience with this location. The vehicle was perfect, spotlessly clean and ideal for our needs. Adam and Josh were most helpful and made the experience very easy. Absolutely would use their services again."
