"I have rented from Uhaul several times in the past with mixed experiences. On this occasion I was wanting a small trailer with a ramp to move my riding mower to my new home in Kentucky. Unfortunately the only location that had what I needed was in Harrison, Ohio which was 28 miles away. None of the Uhaul locations closer could help. I reserved my trailer online for the next day. When I arrived and said I had reserved the trailer, the lady at the Harrison location greeted me with “You must be Bill”. She introduced herself as Bethany and indicated that I trailer was ready. After verifying all the necessary paperwork, she assisted me in hooking the trailer to my truck. I had always rented trucks in the past. This was my first trailer. Bethany reviewed all of the ins and outs of traveling with a trailer. She checked that all of the lights were working properly and asked if I had any questions. I had none, thanked her for her help and went on my way. I returned the trailer the next day. Bethany was on duty again. She asked if all went well and made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the rental. I can only say that Uhaul has a first class, knowledgeable and professional representative in Bethany at their Harrison, Ohio location."
