"I would like to start this review off by say Computer Wise is amazing. I challenged them with a very hard task, and I was very impressed with how they handled it! This task had no know information on it... even on the internet there was no solution. After waiting a while with constant updates on the progress of the repair my device was fixed! I would like to point out that it took multiple attempts to fix this issue, but the fact that they didn't give up and kept trying separates them from other electronic repair shops/companies. I would without a doubt recommend these guys to anyone. They also have very reasonable pricing!"

"I hate leaving businesses bad reviews but I want to warn others about this business. We dropped a laptop off on August 23RD for a screen repair, the screen itself was messed up, not cracked though. We were told the first screen cracked while being put on (accidents happen, I understand) but it is now October 8th and we still have no laptop. Every time we call it’s different story. I finally said I want to just come pick it up and it seems they did nothing to the computer but make is worse. There is no crack on the screen indicating they tried to put a new screen on at all (like they said, it cracked and they were waiting for a new one). When I came to pick it up they couldn’t even find the charger we dropped off with the computer. I highly recommend finding another place to take your computer."

"Dropped off a computer (needed a new screen) that he said would be done tomorrow. Since there were no calls for two days, I called him. We're still looking for a screen. No calls back for over a week. Call him up. We'll call you back in a couple hours after we fix it. Four days later without a return call, I go back to a closed store to just take the computer. It's closed on a Saturday around 1pm (open hours). I call him back frustrated. I'll send someone down to get it for you we'll have it ready in an hour. I tell him I'm upset with the lack of professionalism with communication. He makes all the lame excuses up. After talking for a while, he admits that the screen hasn't come in from shipping. The place where he ordered from has had a delay due to Covid 19 (bull). He had forgot that he just lied to me that it'd be ready in an hour. I told him that I'd just come get it without it being fixed. This was my 9 year old's laptop. My son was really disappointed. My son told me to write a bad review. I ordered a NEW screen for $60 off the internet, and watched a YouTube video. I had it repaired in 10 minutes after two days shipping time. It went back together fine except it was missing three screws from being taken apart at Computer Wise. Only take your computer here if you want to be lied to multiple times, and told false promises. Don't expect honesty, or calls back. It may never get fixed, and it may be missing screws as well. This man is extremely lazy. I've never received a worse customer experience in my life!!!"

"took my computer for a simple malware virus fix which i was told would only take 1 day. it ended up taking 4 days and i had to call 3 separate times to ask about details and what was going on with my computer. i finally received my computer back and it worked for about 30 minutes until the exact same malware virus began messing my computer up again and i spent 2 hours fixing the virus myself. i was never given a receipt or explanations about how it was fixed or the different types of warranty’s computer wise offered."
