"Where to begin. Dropped my guitar off on August 13th for a setup and wire up new pickups and electronics. Didnt hear anything from them until I called them on September 20th, asking for an update. I was told the guitar has been back since early September. Asked why it was there for almost 3 weeks with no one contacting me and the guy acted like he didn't know anything about it. Fine, so I go to pick up the guitar on Friday, September 22nd, 2 days shy of 6 weeks in their possession and look over the guitar. The orange drop capacitor I had purchased for the guitar and left in the case was not installed on the guitar nor was it still in the guitar case but a lesser quality capacitor was installed which proves my capacitor was stolen and the wiring I had put in the case to be installed as well was not used. I told the guy that the capacitor was not correct and asked where mine was and he said, well, that's a quality capacitor that was installed like it was OK mine was stolen and it was no big deal. Good thing I bought a 2 pack so looks like I have to install it myself, which is what I should have done in the first place, just done the work myself and avoided these theives. Hopefully the person that stole my property enjoys it, guess they needed it more than me. Needless to say, I won't be doing business here anymore. *I should clarify that the guitar is sent out to someone they apparently don't have good contact with, as I was told by shawn, to be wired up and that they do the setup in house. *in response to the owners response, you have me mixed up with someone else. I never called to say I was going out of town nor did I go out of town and i can bring you the phone records if you like to prove i never received an incoming phone call from the harrison music shoppe. I had to call you people to find out what was going on. What I was doing was waiting 6 weeks for a setup, which is absurd. More lies to try to make you people not look like the crooks that you are. If my capacitor was not installed on the guitar nor was it still in the case when I picked it up, it means it was stolen. Even if he forgot to mention that the orange drop was to be used, it should still be in my guitar case. The fact that it wasn't means my property was stolen. Quite simple to understand, really. Also, if you have video of all these supposed lies you're saying, then you have video of the person stealing my property so go ahead and watch that footage, then get back with me."

"Took my Les Paul in for a setup. They did great work. It already played great, but now it’s perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful and really know their stuff. I made a few purchases there and got some great advice and help with making some decisions. It’s important for musicians to support the locally owned shops and I am going to make this my first stop when I need something. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but they have earned my business."
