"I had an amazing experience this morning. I have been a member for over a year and not been given customer service like today. After my wash, i pulled in for a typical vacuuming and i was lucky enough to come across Michael. He informed me that i could go inside and have my car mats scrubbed down. They look amazing and because he took just a couple of minutes to show kindness and great customer service, it completely turned my day around. So Kudos to you Michael for going out of your way to help me out! It is workers like him that keep customers around!"
"I took my SUV through this car wash, and my windshield cracked during the process. Security footage shows my windshield was fine before entering the tunnel, but cracked once I parked to vacuum. Despite this clear evidence, they refused to process my claim, insisting it didn’t happen inside the tunnel. Beware: if something happens to your car here, they won’t take responsibility."
"Very nice employees however there was major damage to my car and the employee confirmed that the pressure was up too high at the time of my wash. They have declined the claim and unfortunately we now have to go to court. This stinks because I really liked the service and amenities of this place. But now that there a problem there is zero accountability even with the employee confirmation of the damaging increased pressure. UPDATE - I have contacted via the URL you have listed below and never got a response. I’ve called corporate and no response."
