"The people who live here are not very friendly. There is a dangerous dog in the park that has killed another animal, problems are not resolved effectively. I was genuinely happy here until I had a neighbor cuss out my guest because she parked in his space."

"Nice quite place. Would be nice if a sign was put up to show the entrance since the road is a 50 mph zone and Ive passed it up more times then id like to have. Other then that Ive only heard things about the owner and no of them where good."
"We have been here for 16 years and have never had a problem. Our neighbors are wonderful! John, the owner, has always addressed our issues promptly and professionally. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is parking can be a bit of a dilemma sometimes. The electric used to go out fairly often but since switching to Butler County Rural it has gotten much better. There are several families with children who are respectful and find creative ways to play and have fun."
