"I called to see if any homes were for sale. The owner said yes, but would not even price them to me unless I first filled out an application for a non refundable fee. All this before he'd even tell me anything about the homes. I should've read the reviews before I called. I wouldn't want to live there."

"This place many years ago was a nice place to be. Eddie has gotten up in age and hates his life and try’s to ruin everybody else’s. He has let the place run down. He drives around collecting license plate numbers and ask the police who they are. I would avoid this place and only move there if all the benches in the park or city are taken."

"Worst place ever, landlord has for whatever reason made my life a living hell. He has constantly accused me of breaking into vacant trailers near me, has stopped my friends coming to visit me and interrogated them asking why you here and when they said I'm here to see me he then would say he is a burglar you shouldn't hangout with him, told me I'm not allowed anywhere in the trailer park other than my lot, has two nearby neighbors who are lookouts and watch whatever I do and who is at my trailer. Had a trees roots growing into my pipes under the trailer and he made me cut it down myself, then made me top another tree on my lot abt 30ft in the air I stood in the middle of the tree cutting limbs with a chainsaw in one hand and holding on for dear life in my other, extremely dangerous work. And I am not allowed guests past dark. No other Tennant has these rules or had to be a lumberjack. I am currently looking to move out while talking to an attorney abt a lawsuit."

"We applied to get a trailer in the park. Never heard anything from him. Called and left 3 voicemails, no return call. Manager is kind of a grumpy ass. All the money they make from the lot rent, the park should be immaculate! Pot holes everywhere, run down empty trailers. Would not recommend"

"Pot hole city! Park manager does not clean or service driving areas during snow and ice season. Area appears fairly clean, but trailers tend to be older."
